Hello my fellow Auto geeks, I have been using CG leather cleaner and conditioner to clean the interior but the thing that I dislike is having the slippery feeling after application (I do wipe out the excess product with a dry mf towel) and also the strong leather smell that leaves behind. Sometime I be smelling like leather on my dates instead of Ralph Lauren! Any good products to clean/protect leather? Also one that leaves a nice shine but no smell and no slipper feeling, thank you!

Griot 3 in 1...cleans, conditions and protects and the price is right.

Aztec the CG leather serum doesn't have the slip and slide effect like their conditioner. It works extremely well and is dry to the touch.

Maybe you can have a look at the Leather Honey Cleaner. It works very well at cleaning up all leather products. Here are some reviews if you are interested:

McKee's 37 All-In-One Leather Lotion (http://www.autogeek.net/mckee-leather-lotion.html)

McKee's 37 Fast Interior Detailer (http://www.autogeek.net/mckees-fast-interior-detail.html)

Both products will not make the leather slippery, This was one of the main formulation goals in the formula.

Fast Interior Detailer is great to maintain the interior. You can use it on virtually everything in the interior including navigation screens, Aluminium, leather, vinyl, plastic.

I was looking into getting the combo pack lol, as long it doesn't leave that potent smell of leather in my clothes and slippery feeling it is all good!

Just had to give up on my 2001 Town & Country. Live in the "Salt Belt" and the mechanicals were starting to nickel and dime me to death too.. But at 209,000 I'd say I got my money's worth. To the point though. Since I purchased that van the leather interior has never seen anything but Lexol leather cleaner and conditioner. That interior looks as good as the day I brought it home. Hope some of ya find this info helpful. I just thought 209,000 miles and 16 years was a pretty good testimonial.

The Gyeon has been good so far. Mike Phillips did a review on it months ago made me buy it to try it
