So I'm new to detailing but can definitely say I have the bug. Finally bought a griots da 6" that came with blackfire src compound and polish. I have a 2000 toyota tundra with what I assume is black single stage paint that has over 200000 miles and has never received any proper detailing. To tell you the truth I never knew I was even washing my car wrong let alone anything else until I started getting knowledge from all of you. Long story short, truck is a d.d. and I ended up washing with megs g.c., claying with megs kit, compounding with b.f.src and orange pad, polishing with b.f. src. And white pad and applying 2 coats of 3d H.D poxy. Anyways, havent seen too many reviews of this product. Just rained here and heres the water beading. Thoughts??

I would like tighter beads. The larger drops have a irregular shape. Did the bottle mention good water beading?

Not sure. Just thought since it was a hybrid sealant/ wax it would have better beading

Very slick to the touch too. Goes on and comes off easy as well. Just doing as a hobby. Find it releasing after long weeks at work

Unfortunately I've only been able to do about half the car due to bad weather. Live in so cal high desert and between desert wind and the crazy rain(like today) I've been unable to finish it.

I know this is probably a weird question but is there any way to deal with dust sticking to car?? It drives me nuts!

AG has a few products that tout having anti static properties. I do not remember the brands

One product I found that reduces dust clinging is McKees 37 Hydro Blue. Awesome beading and gloss
