Are you sure your dash is leather?

I personally like Meguiar's Detailer Line cleaner & conditioner

Meguiars D180 Leather Cleaner & Conditioner, leather care, leather conditioner, leather protectant (http://www.autogeek.net/d180-leather-cleaner.html)

No Camry has a leather dash that I am aware of. But this is my favorite interior product for all surfaces...it doesnt change teh appearance and is not greasy, leaves no residue:

Ultima Interior Guard Plus 4 oz., interior protectant, rubber & vinyl protectant, rubber dressing (http://www.autogeek.net/ultima-interior-guard-4.html)

If it doesn't change the appearance, then what's the point?

My new favorite is Britemax Interior Dressing.

http://www.autogeek.net/britemax-interior-dressing.html

-Gives a long lasting natural gloss/sheen
-non greasy
-anti static [doesn't attract dust]
-silicon free
-very light clean scent / nearly un scented which is perfect
-liquid spray, not lotion
-can be used on vinyl, rubber, and leather [even though we all pretty much agree that there's no real leather going on inside the Camry]
-this is good stuff

Mothers VLR. I use it on everything in the interior. Smells great, leaves a very nice sheen.

<<If it doesn't change the appearance, then what's the point? >>

I personally dont like any gloss or sheen on my dash or door panels, or leather for that matter. I like the natural look. However, I still want protection. So the point is protection. For people who want a satin finish, or gloss, or really high gloss, there are plenty of options available.

I looked at the description and it doesn't change the look, but it changes the feel of the surface a bit? I'm not sure exactly based on their description, but it appears to change the feel of the surface somehow? How would you describe it? And does it leave a scent?

It has no scent. It very slightly darkens the surface, would have to do a side by side to see it. Its supposed to leave the surfaces a little softer and slicker, but Ive never really noticed a tactile difference.

My current favorite for interiors right now is McKee's 37 Interior Surface Protectant (http://www.autogeek.net/dp380.html).

However, I've also used 303 Aerospace and Meguiars Natural Shine Protectant with good results on interiors.
