Can I use a finishing pad on my flex 3401 for this? I read the reviews and only one person references using a DA. Thanks

Yes you can use a DA-- just like any other liquid wax/sealant. Whether that's an "official recommendation" I don't know. But I've never had any problem with it. Awesome product, by the way. Gloss, longevity, ease of use... everything about it is top notch.

Absolutely!

I've used it with red Buff and Shine, and Crimson LC Hydrotech pads on both the PC and the 3401. I also use it with white Rupes pads on the Rupes.

I start with a ring of product around the circumference of the pad, and apply three dots to reload.

I see you're in Detroit. Let me know if you want any extra assistance.

Guys thanks so much for the replies. dlc95 I'm actually in Lake Orion Mi. even closer as I see you're from Rochester Hills. With spring breaking here we need to set up a Michigan meet up for the fellow autogeeks

That's right! Sounds like a plan.

My guess is that 99 out of 100 DG customers are non-Autogeeks. After they apply DG, their paint will be shinier. Thus, they've "polished" their car. From a marketing standpoint, it makes sense to me in that regard.
