Used Mckee's N-914 and agitated with a brush. Then dressed with 2 coats Mckee's Tire Gel. On the wheels I applied Mckee's Fast Wax.

Wheels were polished and sealed prior to storage in fall. Just needed a quick freshen up.

How do you like that Gloss Tire Gel? What do you use to apply it?

I just got a bunch of these and first time using them. Like them so far.

As far as the tire gel I like it. They clean up easier and it offers hydrophobic properties. When I was cleaning my winter wheels I would just spray with N914 and wipe down with tire rag. They looked like I just dressed them without having to apply more product. I was in 4 weeks on 1 application and that was with road salt and snow conditions and cold temps.

I really like the color and design of those wheels. Not too dark or light. Perfect. They will last forever if you don't ever drive them in WI winter too:)

So to be clear, you used a RW with scrubbing to clean these particular tires?

How well did the N-914 cut through the mold release and the lube the tire shop used when mounting the tires?

After mounting, my Continentials were a real mess with both of those products. Wheel/Tire cleaner and APC couldn't get it off. I actually just waited about two moths to let nature help with the proccess. 6+ months later, I still have one odd spot on the sidewall of one tire that still will not come clean. It's always slighty greasy and nothing will stick to it. Never seen anything like it.

Guys, sorry to go off topic, but I can't see these pics. I'm using an old Chrome browser on an ancient (not supported) laptop running Redhat.
The images are from tapatalk, do I need an account there to be able to see the pics?

Thanks,
AJ

It got it all off with minimal agitation. I also put 2 coats of the tire gel on.
