Had a repeat customer come by for a quick maintenance wash to knock off the salt and road grime. I had previously did a 2 step machine polish and sealant back in October. One I originally polished the paint on this car the client had informed me that she used a brush at a coin op carwash to wash her vehicle!

After educating her about proper wash techniques she decided it would be easier to have me maintain the car for her during the winter months.

Fast forward to yesterday. The car was dirty but overall not too bad. Seeing as this was a general maintenance wash no claying or decontamination was performed. And TBH it really didn't need it.

Wheels were cleaned up Mckees foaming wheel cleaner

Paint foamed and washed with Mckees extreme foam shampoo.

Exterior was blown dry

Jambs cleaned up with Uber Rinseless wash mixed at .5 oz to 32oz

Tires dressed with Hyper dressing

While the paint was still a little damp I went ahead panel by panel doing a final wipe down using Mckees Fast Wax as a drying aid. I simply gave a panel a spritz then wiped it with my Poorboys drying towel then gave a final wipe with a supreme 530 microfiber. I was greeted with a nice slick surface with amped up gloss. A simple yet effective way to add a little protection for a maintenance wash.

Snapped a few finished shots.

Good to know FW can be used as a drying aid.

very nice....what dilution of the hyper dressing did you use? Just used it at 3:1 on my daughter's tires....gave them a nice matte finish (she's not a shiny tires person)

I'm looking to try the Fast Wax and possibly switch from D156 to this. Very happy with all the Mckee's products I have tried! Thanks for the post!

I use it at 50/50 typically. Gives a nice gloss when left to setup but then I go back and knock off the excess with a microfiber towel.

Thanks buddy!

I can't comment on d156 but the Fast Wax is definitely a favorite. So much so I have a gallon of it on the shelf lol.

Looking good!

Thanks Mike!
