I have Reflect & Essence and after using both, they seem very similar to me. Anyone know the difference?

I could be wrong, but thought Cory from Carpro had once mentioned that the fine grade of polishing abrasives were the same in both products.

The difference with Essence is that it can be called an all in one product, also containing fillers, and a quartz protectant as well.

Another benefit is that Essence can serve as a primer base for any of Carpro's Coatings (and others too as has been found) that no further surface preparation is required immediately after its use.

the abraisves are the same..one just has more then the other..
ones a straight polish while the other is a primer polish with filling ability

Reflect is a pure polish, Essence is an AIO.

Reflect will produce very high gloss through polishing without filling.

Essence will produce very high gloss by more mild polishing and a little fill leaving its Si02 sealant.

IF you have light swirling you will always get better results polishing them out (ie reflect) then applying essence as a gloss enhancer.
that can be followed by reload or a coating ideally or any other LSP of your choice.

Reflect is a great pure finishing polish, still my reigning favorite.

Essence is my favorite maintenance polish eg every six months as a base for reload.
