Maybe I did because in reading my latest glass cleaners instructions Sonax, it states : After spraying window, wipe with a clean DAMP towel and than buff with a dry towel. Maybe its me but I never tried a damp towel.

Any thoughts, ah Jim Beem or Beam?

Damp towel by itself will give you nice results.

My normal window cleaning method involves a damp towel followed by a waffle weave to dry. Works well.

I usually use dry towels for glass as well. I'm going to try this!

Doesn't the towel become damp once used on the sprayed window. I usually give my drying towel a quick mist before drying the glass.

I've done that on nasty glass but I always like to finish it with a specific glass cleaner, maybe I'm broken.

You haven't had too much until you use the Jim Beam to dampen your glass cleaning towel. Lol.

I don't think he was referring to the person cleaning the glass though.
