APC wth oxy?

I've got a couple bottles of APC sitting around that, according to the labeling, contains an "oxy" cleaning component. Can I use this to clean my tires, without ill effect, before applying Tire dressings/coatings? Just wondered if this might react with the rubber in any way.

I'm probably the most opposite of others on here...I just lightly scrub the tires clean, and coat them. If I feel the topcoat is falling off, I'll top it. I'm somewhat anti-scrubbing/cleaning on tires as quite frankly, I don't know enough solidly how this affects the bloom agents in them.
