Wait time to top solution finish with Car Pro Dlux

After removing all splatter on my trim because I taped but apparently not good enough, I see the need to apply solution finish to the black trim & I want to top it with Dlux. How long should I let the SF dry before topping? Should I wipe the SF with eraser prior to applying the Dlux?

I waited an hour after topping solution finish with gloss coat. I did use optimum paint prep to give it a wipe prior to coating it.
