Free Shipping part 2

I thought I saw post asking about why free shipping is not. Well it isnt working, does anyone know why?

Free shipping applies to orders with ground service within the 48 contiguous United States. Regular shipping charges apply to garage flooring and mats, air compressors, and carpet extractors as noted on those products. Regular expedited charges apply.

If you are putting items in your cart from your wish list this may be the issue. Try from the online catalog.

I just checked and there is no charges being applied.

You can always just order and then call customer service the next day and they will fix it.
