Hi,

I have a vinyl vet top on my 90' Ford Mustang and I'm wondering if I need to use a 'horsehair' type of brush to clean. Can I use a harsher brush?

Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention I already own 303 convertible top protectant. I don't have a brush aside from the one I use to clean my wheels?
- Chemical Guys ACC_G08 - Wheel & Tire Brush, Short Handle (http://www.chemicalguys.com/Wheel_Tire_Brush_Short_Handle_p/acc_g08.htm)

Would this be too harsh on a vinyl top?

Try just a cleaner and towel first. The only one I've done was on a 31 Ford, so I wanted to be overly careful. This ended up being significantly more effective than I thought it would be.
Of course, this may not be enough for your particular case
