Hello all been a while since I did a little detail on my personal car. Ordered some stuff from Black Fridays sale. Going to do it in steps with a porter cable

Washed
clay bar
Menzerna intensive polish with an orange pad
menzerna super finish with a blue pad
wolfgang deep gloss paint Sealant with red pad

does this sound decent ?

After the wash

a 50/50 after the intensive polish only

50/50 after intensive polish. The random white spots was just a little residue from the polish

this is in close quarters (small garage) with a very bright light if that affects anything. Wanted opinions before I continue. Apologize for the links to the pics and not an embedded photo having technical difficulties with my photo bucket.

Thanks guys.

In all honesty I get asked every time if it's original paint it usually looks awesome and shocks people being a 20 year old car. However It looks absolutely horrible In these pics and I'm embarrassed to even post them . It looks nothing like it in person usually. I'm not sure if it's this super bright halogen light literally almost only 2 feet from the paint or what. It also hasn't been washed in over a year but just sat in the garage to busy to drive it recently.

Thanks for the comments going to slowly finish this detail over the next few days hopfully.

There's nothing embarrassing about those 50/50 correction shots! Nice work on a tough color.

Coming along nicely. I can see some marring in the last pic after being polished. Not sure if those are towel marks or haze/marring from polishing. Hopefully, your refining step will remove those. If those are toweling marks, you have soft paint and they're very hard to avoid.

Is that the turbo model?

Is that the turbo model?

Yes. But it's has a single 6765 turbo, standalone, suspension work etc. very fun on the streets with 600 on pump :)

I think they are toweling marks sadly. They usually do come out in the next step.

Well after the menzerna super finish I'm very pleased with the results. The next 2 pics are the same spot as the last picture which was only after the intensive polish. Appreciate the above comments and critiques. Thanks for the help guys. I'll have final results and and actual pics of the finished car sometime soon I hope :)

The grayness is just how the picture was captured since the light is so strong and close.

From one Will to another, great job man. Looks great. I highly suggest you try using a good rinseless wash to keep your car clean, something like ONR or Wolfgang Rinseless.
