Cleaning new paint

I had to get my hood repainted, the paint is probably 3 weeks ago. The car is dirty now and I'd like to give it a bath soon. I have Optimum no rinse wash and shine, and Optimum instant detailer and gloss enhancer. Do you think these products would be ok to use on a new paint job?

They are safe for fresh paint as is optimum car wax.
