While placing an order the other day I decided to contact CS about a, to me, very minor mis-shipped item I received. Thinking maybe I'd receive a small credit to my account.

To my astonishment, minutes later I receive an email that I've been shipped the correct product FREE OF CHARGE!

Can you guess who's going to be getting all of my business from now on?

But as an aside, the checkout page won't accept any of my credit cards. It will only accept PayPal as pament.

That has always been my experience with this company. They always take care of the customers who are reasonable and not trying to scam them.

I placed my order for the DA polisher kit over the weekend and Monday morning they had a 15% off sale and free shipping. I was upset but hey , It was my fault for not waiting. I didn't know a sale was coming. They credited my account for the discount anyway. Awesome customer service.

AG (& the rest of PBMG stores) have AWESOME customer service.. esp when it comes to resolving customer issues!
