Just wanted to give a shout out to Nick from Autogeek! He is always going above and beyond with customer service and support.
There have been 2 instances lately where he has taken care of me.
First was when I had placed an order for the Wolfgang Perfekt finish paint prep. I received my order and placed the bottle on the shelf without really looking at it. Well about a week later I reached for it and discovered that they accidentally sent me the Wolfgang wheel and tire cleaner. A quick call to Nick and he over nighted me the right product and let me keep the wheel cleaner!
Next was just the other day. I got pretty busy and ended up using the rest of my iron remover without even knowing it. I called and asked if there were any sales and he extended the 25% off sale from the weekend and got me taken care of with a gallon of the McKee's iron remover and a gallon of the McKee's high gloss detail spray.
