McKee's 37 Xtreme Foam Versus Power Wash

I understand that Xtreme Foam has a water softening agent and Soft Wash has carnuba wax - what other differences exists?

Both really good soaps. The POWER WASH is perfect for maintaining a vehicle that has been detailed. It will prolong the LSP that has been applied. The wax in it is the real deal.
