How do you guys keep stuff from sliding around in your vans? I have a Chevy Astro and every time I tap the brakes #### goes everywhere.

Thanks,
jason

Common sense will tell you what you have to do.Not being mean or sarcastic.pack everything in tight with plastic bins or hire a professional carpenter to help you build what you need in order to keep things tight.using the corect hardware such as angle irons and the right screws will give you longevity and a quality build structure. If not within 1 year it will all come loose.marine board is highly advised against rot.Good luck and be safe.

Not to be taken the wrong way but why would marine plywwod be resistant to rot? It has waterproof glue and very small voids compared to cheap cdx but if exposed in needs to be painted or some type of coating. In a boat it is many times encapsulated in resin/glass but in areas that are not covered it will rot like anything. Pressure treated wood would help with rot although I dont know why wood would rot inside a van. I have never seen it

Chemicals would eat plywood.I installed marine wood and oil based red paint. Not a wood expert.Hired the best carpenter and he advised it.4 years no squeaks or rattles. Also is able to hold a lot of weight.
