I heard there is a solution you can put in your water that will not leave water spots? True?

Thanks

I add some Wolfgang Uber Rinseless (or you could use ONR) to my wash bucket when doing a 2BW. One of the benefits is that it helps soften the water. Also when drying the car I use Uber (diluted) as a drying aid which also helps. Do you ever wash your car in the sunlight?

ONR softens water.

Mix the tap water and ONR and good to go.

Distilled water is also soft.

It is true that ONR softens the wash bucket water but if you are rinsing the car with water from the hose it doesn't matter as that is what will leave the spots.

This is certainly true, but the rinse is on the vehicle only a short time before drying. (If done correctly).

And on a maintenance wash, it is sheeting over your already-applied LSP.

I have found ONR to be both a water softener, and a sheeting agent. Love it.

That's the whole idea of using a rinse less wash, no hose.

ONR softens water? So can I use it with a foam cannon with the hose?

ONR doesn't foam so not sure what you are trying to do.

through these processes:

I put ONRWW in my 16 gallon spot sprayer tank. 8 oz then fill with tap water. I then hook that up to my electric PW, spray a panel down and wipe using the GD method, dry and move on. Fastest WW you can do and always spot free, looking great.
