The client wants me to remove this vinyl on his Acura TL. I never experienced remove this type of vinyl so I was wondering if anyone can chime in? He vinyl his whole car with Halo EFX and if I do take this job, how much should I charge him?
Thanks

Steam or a heat gun works great. You want to soften the glue under the wrap enough to take the vinyl off but not enough that the glue stays on the paint. I would recommend you charge by the hour since you've never worked on this kind of project before.

Good luck!

Since it's in the same genre as Plasti-Dip...
it's removal process is going to be similar
to Plasti-Dip's...it peels right off.

If you use a heat gun or steamer to remove it is would purchase some Rapid Remover. It's for removing glues or any tacky substance. I also believe it was created for the vehicle rap industry but don't quote me on that. It is pricy so make sure you charge appropriately.
