View Full Version : How to handle clear bra on new to me Z06...!

Hey everyone!

I recently purchased a 2011 Z06/ Z07 with 7000 miles. This car has a clear bra over the entire front bumper, headlights, foglights, hood, front fenders as well as a partial clear bra over the mirrors, rear fenders and door handle areas. I want to keep this bra looking new for years to come. I will likely put ~1500 miles on this car a year and it will be garage kept all of the other time.

What is the best technique to care for this product?

I plan to do a full paint correction on the exposed paint and opticoat it. Right now you can see a wax or polish build up on some of the edges of the clear bra. What is the best way to deal with this?
