Ok so i recently purchased a new vehicle and of course im wanting to take care of it. I cant do the normal wash and wax but im looking to purchase a complete detailing kit. From washes, waxes, polishes, polisher, tool kits for wheels and etc, interior cleaner for leather and cloth, micro fiber towels and so on. My budget is 600-700 maybe a little more. Also looking to do a few side jobs on the weekends if that'll mattet. Thanks.

Congratulations on the new car! What did you buy? The type of paint will help us understand what you need as different polishes work better for different paint types!

Since you can't do the traditional 2 bucket wash, I'd get a rinse less wash kit, I'm sure they have them here. Lots of people love the ONR, I use it personally as well, but I hear a lot of good stuff about Wolfgang Uber Rinseless wash. Do a quick google search on the different methods for rinseless washing and pick one that you think you'll like and then order those related supplies. I'm a hobbyist/enthusiast and only take care of my family's cars, and I stick to mostly meguiars products, but you should be able to get away with the "consumer" line of products regarding the leather, interior, wheel cleaner, waxes... etc... Hope that helps and welcome to the form!

If it was me I would get:
GG6 more. Powerful than a PC, and lifetime warranty. Call AG and see if you can swap out the 6" backing plate and pads for 5.5. Get it as a kit you can't go wrong with any of the kits, though I have the Wolfgang stuff and like it aloft. That will come with a swirl remover and glaze, just add a sealant like Wolfgang and you will have a complete kit.
Or get just the machine and HD speed.
Pads you will need a few lake county flat white, and black to start. White will give some cut, black to apply the sealant.
Interior I would get a APC I use Megs D101
I also use Megs quick interior detailer. Light cleaning, and has a protectant in it. It is safe on everything on the interior.
Leather I use HD liquid leather.
Glass I use Megs D 120
For wheel cleaner I use something not available here that is a guys first name. When on sale isn't very expensive, and can be diluted 1:1.
Trim and tires I use Carpro Perl.
Because you can't use a bucket, I would get ONR. Get a good bucket with grit guard and gamma seal lid. You can use the solution more than once why the car isn't super dirty. I use the optimum big red sponge for the wash.
Towels. I have lots of different ones from a "company" that sells "rags". Your budget is fine you should be able to get started for that.

I cant do the normal wash and wax

I think you need to elaborate on what that means, exactly.

A two bucket wash is done with a hose and water.

I can take the buckets to the car wash and use their hose.

I think we're getting sidetracked. You can do a very acceptable wash without a hose, using rinseless techniques. You can still do a 2-bucket rinseless, or a single-bucket, or a no-bucket (no media reuse).

If I was starting over I'd try and keep it simple and use a WOWA sealant on everything (paint, glass, trim) and use it frequently. Here's some suggestions on wash, sealant, and something to clean the tires (use the rinseless wash on the wheels, after you're done cleaning the rest of the car...might want to dedicate some wash media for the wheels):

Wolfgang Uber Rinseless Wash, no rinse car wash (http://www.autogeek.net/wolfgang-uber-rinseless-wash.html)

Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal, paint sealant (http://www.autogeek.net/spray-on-paint-sealant.html)

Optimum No Rinse Wash & Wax, no rinse car wash, rinse free car wash, optimum no rinse (http://www.autogeek.net/no-rinse-wash-and-wax.html)

Optimum Opti-Seal 8 oz. Free Bonus! New & Improved! (http://www.autogeek.net/optimum-opti-seal.html)

Mothers Back to Black Tire Renew, tire cleaner (http://www.autogeek.net/mothers-back-to-black-tire-renew.html)

Oh, and you'll probably need some tire dressing, here's a nice non-greasy one:

Optimum Opti-Bond Tire Gel, Tire gel protectant, OPT Tire Dressing Gel, protect tires, optibond tire gel (http://www.autogeek.net/opti-bond-gel.html)

Crystal Red is my favorite color! The clear is actually tinted with red. If you decide to polish it, don't be surprised if the pad is red lol. Post pictures!!!

To go along with what Setec posted. ONR with the big red sponge might be another option.
