I recently finished my last bottle of 3D final touch and HD Touch quick detailer and looking to switch something that will add more protection then just boost the wax that was already on my car. Can you please recommend me a quick wax spray that is as easy to use as a quick detailer? My regular wash usually involves. Rinse, foam the car, 2 bucket, dry and finish with quick detailer. If it helps, the cars are black and 2nd car is white, both get regular wax applied every 1-2 months. Thanks in advance.

Duragloss Aquawax. My favorite.

You might also look into Wolfgang Uber concentrate. It's more of a "hybrid" than a spray wax. It can be used as a rinse-less wash, waterless wash, detail spray, or drying aid-- depending on the dilution ratio. And it has a little bit of protection built in. I find it to enhance beading of whatever sealer I use. And the gloss is super.

A nice routine I use-- Aquawax once a month, and I use the Uber as a drying aid each week to really amp up the shine after washes.

BlackFire Midnight Sun Carnauba Spray Wax

This stuff is the read deal. You can expect 8-10 weeks easily of protection with this. I sray it on a square mf applicator and wipe it on and buff it off. I did this whole Sonata in about 15-20 minutes max.

How well do these products work under direct sunlight? Unfortunately about 15-20% of my car is usually left exposed under direct sunlight and I dry that area first to prevent any water spots but by the time I get to my final step with QD the paint gets hot.

I did my wife's Sonata in direct Florida sun light, it is white though. Do it early in the am before the paint heats up.

To me your choice depends on if you want a sealant look or a Nuba look.

I prefer the Nuba look.....My next question to the forum would be what products are great with each look.

I really like the Pinnacle Souveran spray wax for a Nuba look.

I also like Wolfgang Deep Gloss Spritz Sealant for a sealant look.

And you can never go wrong using MEG's D156.

Optimum Car Wax for its patented UV protection.
Wolfgang Sealant Spritz is so easy and almost impossible to streak and its the only spray LSP I've found to actually cut down on dust accumulation.

Lots of good ones.... my current favorite is:

Griot's Spray Wax.... cost effective and I love the way it smells and it works.

Meguiar's D156 Synthetic Spray Wax works great in direct sunlight. Flashes off and wipes away streak free. Just have to do a little bit smaller sections at a time.
