I took a look at a customer car the other day that has been having someone else do his details other than me and now he is asking me to cleanup the mess. Well the biggest mess is all of the wax buildup that he has left on the fender guards (black textured plastic).

What would be the best product to use to get all the old set in product out of this?

Haven't tried it myself but Killrwheels always recommends peanut butter. It's cheap and can't hurt to try it.

:iagree:, another is DG #481, Wax Eraser.

peanut butter works, if you really want something heavier look at 3M's Wax and Adhesive Remover and a toothbrush.

Poorboy's Trim Restorer is another good product. That and a toothbrush will take care of it.
