Seeing as it was such a nice weekend I decided to wash my winter car and spend some time on the paint. I will mention that it is a 2004 acura tl in case anyone knows of any issues with the paint quality. I will also mention that I am by no means a professional or even have great experience with detailing aside from the old school wash and wax by hand. In fact I just recently purchased my first DA buffer and used it for the first time as I prepped for application of Cquartz UK on my summer car so please if you do reply, dumb it down for me a bit lol.
ok back to the issue, I noticed this (see pics below) on the hood of the car but only on the hood. Actually it is mainly on the lower half of the hood only. Not really sure what it is but obviously I'd like to address it if possible.
Is this something I can fix? if so, how?

Thanks

I would have to say that is clear coat failure. Only save for that is re paint.

I agree with Don.

To be more specific, it's called "crow's feet".

Don pretty much summed it up.

I second, third, fourth, fifth the opinion it looks like clear coat failure. Yep, failure to the clear coat cannot be repaired, only replaced. Repaint is on order.
