I received an order with a gallon of McKee's 37 Hi-Intensity APC last week. When I opened it up, it had been mishandled by UPS and had leaked. I called Nick and left a voice mail, informing him of the issue. I advised him in the VM that not much had spilled and I just wanted to let him know, in case they track issues with shipments. I specifically said I was NOT looking for another gallon to be shipped. Fast forward to today, I get a call from Customer Service informing me that the replacement gallon they sent me had been damaged by UPS again and they were sending another gallon via FedEx next day air. So now I have to find room for another gallon of product. Autogeek has by far the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Nick can be a little hard headed, as I said I wasn't looking for another gallon, but hey what are you going to do. Thanks for all you guys do, especially to my buddy Nick.

Great post and that's AG Service!

UPS though, not so good and I have a new fish tank being delivered any minute today :doh:

How did the fish tank arrive? Hoping it was not just a pile of broken glass. Be careful, those things are much more addictive than this place. I have had as many as 22 setup at once. And buying wild caught African Cichlids can get really costly.
