Well it's summer and I've been noticing something the past few weeks. My panels are heating up after one pass with a polish!! Over the winter I could cut with M100 and do 3-4 passes and be cool/ warm. Now it's 90 + outside, most likely hotter inside the shop (atleast it feels like it) with high humidity as well. My panels are dangerously hot to the point you can't touch it and like I said this is after only one pass with no pressure and a finishing polish! Correcting paint has been a pain the last 2-3 weeks. So how much does the outside temp affect the panel temps or how the compounds/ polishes react ?

Try keeping an iced water bucket and a towel to apply to the panel before you polish.
