Is there a wax or sealant I can apply by hand that has light cleaning ability and can be put on top of a sealant and not remove the sealant?

Any wax or sealant that has light cleaning ability is bound to remove some of the previous layer.

Mothers FX and Reflections sealants have very light cleaning abilities

I would wash the car first to remove any contaminents. Then move to a pure sealant (DP, Wolfgang, UPP) or a pure wax (Pinnacle, DP, Nattys) to top.

:iagree::whs:
it's either cleaner ability (then it will remove previous coat), or no cleaning ability (for a previous coat to remain in place).

Doesn't Duragloss 105 have MILD cleaners, but it can still be layered?
