Hey AG! It's been a while since I've been on the forum to display some work or simply to interact with you guys, I have to say I missed it alot.

A few days ago I was lucky enough to make a purchase on a classic 1967 Cadillac Coupe Deville in great condition, but as detailers we will always find something that bugs us if not 100% perfect :)

Before I attempted to take a shot at cleaning the leather of the seats and dash and the upholstery I wanted to ask if I should watch out for anything or if you guys recommend any special product to do the job on these old cars to maintain the patina of these old cars.

Here are some of the photos I was able to take from the work that will need to be done on this bad boy.

What I'm most worried about is the big ol' brown sweat looking stain on the back seats.

See the "ring" that goes around in the middle.

Regular polish to clean out this section? I'm thinking P21 Polishing soap?

More leather to clean here, not sure what product for a 49 year old car to preserve the patina but to remove the dirt (see handle)

Even the vinyl on the steering can use some lovin' right now.

All inputs are appreciated, thank you Geeks :D

Can't help you much...actually not at all compared to others here....but could we see pics of the whole car please? We had a '67 Sedan DeVille when I was a kid...if memory serves me correctly, it had a big 'orange juice' can under the hood...vacuum reserve for the windows?

It's not yet been detailed, there is some orange peel to be removed (i just ordered the Carpro Velvet pad to try that out, although worried that the peel might not be on the clear coat but on the color coat, any help on how to identify this?)

This was the first wash, glad to see the other owner had still a layer of wax on there :props:
