What coating would be good for the skirt in front of the front tires? Not sure if it's rubber or plastic. I'm thinking DLUX??

•First...
-I clean those front air dams with
products like Meguiar's M39.
-(you can use your favorite
vinyl/rubber cleaner)

•Next...
-I "coat" them with Optimum Opti-Bond.

•After-care/maintenance mostly
consists of removing bug guts:
-Meguiar's D114 works like a
charm for that task.

Bob, thanks for the reply and tip. Sorry it's taken a while to get back...

I usually clean all the black plastic & rubber with BLACKFIRE AIO Tire & Trim.
I'll place an order for the Opti-Bond while the 20% sale is on...
Seeing how the Vette only has 200 miles on it, the black rubber/plastic should be in good shape.

Yes, Megs D114 is miracle liquid. The customer has has purchase Opt NR Wash for his own maintenance. We'll see what it looks like when he drops it off in two weeks.
