How do i remove foreign paint spots from the external body of the car.

which is the best polishing machine to polish the external body of the car.

Need more info.what type of foreign spots,do they come off with your nail.what color are they.Need pics or start with some clay.

These are yellow fine oil paint spots which fell on the external body while a person was painting over head. They do not come out with the nail. I will send you some pictures later.

Those will be a challenge to remove .
