Essence has been my go-to this season for my last polishing step for its ability to get reliable high-gloss and no micro-marring with a Rupes 21 on any clear coat I've tried. I was typically a rotary-only guy for the final jeweling, except occasionally using M205 with the Rupes.

What about single-stage?

This GNX only has 2x,xxx miles on it and actually is pretty glossy. It spent its life with one owner until recently, and always in a garage. It's very swirled, and the new owner (being a regular client) takes very good care of his paint. I don't want to remove an ounce of paint more than necessary, and we aren't trying to remove every single swirl. We would rather leave more paint on it for future polishings for its very long life ahead.

Essence seems like a good idea, considering its light filling ability and adding the thin quartz coating. He's not interested in paying for CQuartz, so I'm going for bang-for-the-buck here.
