So, I have been using Meguiar's Gold Class for a few months now and I love it! I just bought a gallon of Meguiar's #62 to use once I am out of Gold Class, but I am a bit worried that I should have bought something else. I say this because I have read that it is more intended to be used on a vehicle that has already been washed and waxed. Will it work effectively still on really dirty vehicles that have not been cared for so much? By the way, I looked and looked on here for a topic relating to this wash and found nothing! Is this a forgotten product these days?

Use it. No need to over think it.

IMO:

•Except for GC having a little bit
of a biocide/preservative; and, a
teeny amount of what could be
labeled as a UV absorbent...

-These two Meguiar's car-wash shampoos
are, basically, the same formulation.
