I park in a structure at work. Over the winter I discovered drippings on the hood. When I washed it off it looked as if the paint had been stained. How do I remove it? Clay bar? See the pic for what I am describing. It is a 2014 BMW X1.48518 Jerry Frank I also have a 2011 Ford Ranger with a Leer Fiberglass topper. What products can I use to detail the fiberglass topper?

You may want to try a cleansing wax, such as Mothers California Gold, Dodo Juice Need for Speed, Griots Garage Cleaner Wax.
Use a microfiber applicator in a small spot (test spot) by hand and wipe off. See if that removes the contamination.

Vinegar worked for me in removing that sort of stuff, from a parking garage.

Mike seems to be busy today so I'm going to make a couple comments until he has time to stop in.

Parking garages can drip some pretty nasty mineral deposits; yours don't look too bad. The (white) vinegar suggested previously is a good home remedy, or you can try something like these:

Duragloss Water Spot Remover (WSR) #505 (http://www.autogeek.net/duragloss-water-spot-remover.html)
CarPro Spotless Water Spot Remover (http://www.autogeek.net/carpro-spotless-water-spot-remover.html)
Optimum MDR Mineral Deposit Remover, water spot remover for paint, water spot remover glass (http://www.autogeek.net/optimum-mdr-water-spot-remover.html)

What kind of condition is the fiberglass in?

That looks like lime as far as I can see, can't blow the pic up to much distortion.I would try a fine cut polish before buying any products.

LOL, that never works, but then those spots didn't really look bad at all. If you want to see bad parking garage drips:

Anyway, glad it worked out for you!

That looks a lot more like a biological deposit rather than a mineral one.... parking garages...

No, that was definitely not bird poop, it was minerals.
