Weekend warrior and hobbyist here.

I'm about to dive into coatings and all the directions say soak towels, etc. In a bucket of apc after use.

Wondering what dilution everyone is using for this.

I'm going to be using essence and cquartz UK on my wife's car this week, and trying the McKees on my truck.
Seeing as how I have a small fortune wrapped up in towels and pads I would like to keep them nice for future use.

What I have to use:
Wolfgang powder cleaner
CG nonsense
CG All Clean
CG microfiber detergent
Lata
Zep 505

Using a 5 gallon bucket should I use 20:1, 10:1, 5:1, somewhere in between? And what would be the best to use?

Thanks.

What I typically do is have a bucket with about 3 gallons (preferably hot) water with 6-8oz of Zep Citrus to toss my "coated" MF's in. After the detail, I Toss them directly into the wash.

Essence and CQuartz will not harden your towels very much, so a weak solution (apc) will do.
