I'm not sure, but I think you'll be fine with any of them. Personally, I'd go with McKee's because it's the newest one.

Are the liquid pad cleaner like the Wolfgang, Blackfire are any better than the powder?

Just received Mckee's 2 weeks ago. I was surprised how well and quick it cleaned my pads. Would buy it again . No reason to try any other.

I too buy by price. I have tried the DP and the BF and they are very similar.

I use theses:

McKee's 37 Polishing Pad Cleaner For your dual action or rotary polisher. (http://www.autogeek.net/xmt-pad-cleaner.html)
McKee's 37 Polishing Pad Conditioner For your dual action or rotary polisher. (http://www.autogeek.net/xmt--pad-conditioner.html)

But I also use LC Snappy Clean in a bucket and throw pads in the bucket while working and let them soak.
Snappy Clean Pad Cleaning Powder, foam pad cleaner, lake country pad cleaner, wool pad cleaner, citrus foam pad cleaner, polishing pad cleaner (http://www.autogeek.net/snappytool.html)

In this segment you are safe with going with the least expensive.
