Either of those products are great but also depends what you are looking to do with the project. Essence is a bit more expensive than reflect. Essence would be the perfect solution if you plan on doing a coating like cquartz after, and from what I read on the carpro forums it's also fine to do traditional sealants and wax over top also.

Reflect would be good if you want to save a few bucks and still get great results and don't plan on doing a coating.

I personally feel that essence has more gloss and it's not too bad that it has fillers that don't wash out after a typical car wash. So if you don't mind spending the extra I would personally choose essence.

Sure you can. There is magic when you use reload after essence if you want to try that.
