Only because I already have 108 and was wondering if I could just get away with using that until I can get a dedicated tire cleaner

absolutely. I've never used a dedicated wheel and tire cleaner. Only D108 Super Degreaser diluted at 5:1 in a foaming spray head.

D108 at 4:1 is the only way it makes a dent for tire cleaning. It is what I am doing to use up my D108. I don't use it as a wheel cleaner since I have my wheels coated so I can't help you out there.
