Can I still detail a vehicle that has been opti coat? Is it safe to detail it the same way as I would any other vehicle ?

No, once its coated your work should be done maintaining the exterior. You should only need to wash it until the coating fails.

no polishing, sealants, wax, etc.

If anything you can use Opti-Seal.

Yes, you can still detail an Opti Coated vehicle. The best way to detail an Opti Coated vehicle`s exterior is to wash with ONR, then use Opti Seal as a drying aid. If the wheels are Opti Coated, you can literally easily clean them with ONR at rinseless dilution. The rest is business as usual.

In essence.....an Opti Coated vehicle will make your job easier.

And this is where we have issues with terms :-) when I think of "detailing" I'm not thinking wash and spray seal. I'm thinking clay, or polish.

You'll only need to avoid abrasives. You can still wash, chemically decontaminate, use quick detailer, use spray wax, clay if you're careful not to scratch...etc
