Fixer works great with a medium cutting foam pad. It also corrects very well with Microfiber pads; although, it can leave substantial marring that will require a finishing polish to refine. With the right foam pad it can finish down flawlessly on certain paint systems. Best solution is to perform a test spot with a variety of pads to see which offers the best balance of cutting and finishing ability.

Will marr with a DA, not so much with a Rotary.

Use a different product and avoid all the extra work and headaches .Hd speed micro cutting pad works great.

Technically if you're going to use a dual action polisher with CarPro Fixer then you would normally be trying to remove swirls, scratches, water spots and oxidation as Fixer is a compound. So for your DAS6 DA Polisher I'd recommend getting some foam cutting and foam polishing pads and then do some testing to see which pad is giving you the best defect removal results on the paint you're working on.

My strong recommendation would also be to get as follow-up polish to follow the Fixer step because in my experience Fixer needs a follow-up step in order for the paint to look good.

Out of those two options I would go with the Poorboy's Black Hole Glaze and a soft foam polishing pad.

If you're new to machine polishing you really need to learn how to do a Test Spot. Read my article here,

How To Do a Test Spot (http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/how-articles/50162-how-do-test-spot.html)

Read the article carefully and follow what it explains to do.

MAKE SURE YOU CAN MAKE ONE SMALL SECTION OF PAINT LOOK GREAT!

Before buffing out the entire car.

It was recommend to me to use 5.5" pads for defect/swirl removal with a PC. The energy is more focused with 5.5" pads than it is with larger pads.

P5.5 will work best on a DA.
