How do I remove paint from Jeep convertible top?
Not sure what paint type it is: Latex, Oil, etc...

I've used denatured alcohol to remove latex paint from carpet. If it is petroleum based you might need a hot solvent. I'm not sure how either would affect to top though. Test what ever you try in an inconspicuous area first.
