View Full Version : Any photography pros on here willing to critique my pics (non-motoring related)

I have had to try and learn photography in order to document my detailing work and up until very recently, all I have shot is exactly that....cars in my garage or driveway....so I've been reading up on theory, but these are the first couple of shots putting it all into practice, and I'd really appreciate some honest constructive criticism from the pro's on here. Don't hold back - its the only way I'll learn:xyxthumbs:


My equipment is all basic stuff - a Canon 1100D + 18-55mm kit lens and a 2nd hand 70-300mm lens


These are all straight out the camera, unedited (except for cropping) and none are shot in RAW (something I realised I should be doing), full manual mode

Very cool! :props: Try to keep your ISO as low as possible, if you must raise your shutter speed. However, I recommend a UV polarizer.
Edit these pics in RAW format with Lightroom or Photoshop and they will turn out gorgeous.
