I don't know? The people behind creating new products and formulas never tell me anything about these new products. The only info I get from them is what's on the website.

I bought a few (16oz) bottles of the old stuff when it was being closed out for the same reason. I have a few people who don't like 'shiny' tires, just want a matte black look, and it does just that. Based on Mike's pics, this new formula looks as though it might be a little more glossy than the old one.

Well, sure enough, it rained here in So Cal. I went ahead and ordered both the RaggTopp brush and the knee pad. More rain in the forecast, so I think I should have them in time for when I do the tires on JustWife's Kia
