Re: How to remove Smokers Film off inside of windshield - Review: BLACKFIRE Glass Cleaner

Inside of windows has been my undoing. I ordered the kit and will order extra bonnets for no cross contamination.

    Thanks for all your info

Thanks, Mike. The corners and bottom of my windshield are very difficult to reach with my arm. I just about have to dislocate my shoulder and I still can't get it very well. What I do is wrap the Glass cleaner tool with a thick microfiber to do the initial clean then a light spray with just the MF bonnet for the final cleaning.

    Thanks for a great post!

Lots of towels or extra bonnets is truly the best way to save time by avoiding cross-contamination.

Where there's a will there's a way. The Glass Master Tool is defiantly a must-have tool in my opinion for the reasons you stated about the difficult areas to clean.

As nasty as the glass was, imagine what the smoker's lungs look like.

Most brand name glass cleaners work pretty well. Some work better than others. The key besides a good product is seriously and simply having plenty of towels on hand to avoid cross contamination.

Too few of towels means you're fighting yourself and you usually lose.

The owner is a good kid. His name is AJ and he works out in the warehouse. I feel bad for smokers as cigarettes are a very addictive vice. I have not done my own research into what if anything cigarette companies do to modify natural tobacco to make it more addictive but I think in my life I have read or heard there is something to this topic. If it's true... it's immoral.

Would of loved to see the end results with the lights/stand lit up on the windscreen.

as it would of replicated night time driving when you need to see the most.

    nice product

I wish I had that kind of time....

But for whatever my word is worth after typing out in-depth how-to articles and replies in the forum world since 2002...

The glass was perfectly clear when I returned the car to AJ.
