And just to confirm, if I first polish using Dr. Beasley's NSP 45, I do NOT need to do an IPA panel wipe before applying the Cancoat Evo. Is that right?
If that is correct, does the NSP 45 need any time to cure before I apply the Cancoat Evo or can I basically apply the polish, wipe off any remaining residue with a dry microfiber, and then immediately apply the Cancoat Evo?

Yes you can use it on wheels. Basically any exterior surface.
