Matte Black Rims - How to clean in winter?

Hello. I just purchased some matte black rims for my winter tires. I was looking for a product that I could use on them. Obviously I don't want to add any shine, just to clean them in the winter (without using a hose). I've seen the Matte Detailer Spray by Chemical Guys, any thoughts on that product? Any other good products for cleaning matte rims without damaging the finish?

Also is there any good rim dressing for matte finishes? Thanks in advance!

Matte wheels in the winter may be harder to clean than those with a normal finish due to the unique maintenance products they require.

I try to make my winter wheels as easy to clean as possible since a quick blast with a pressure washer or the touchless car wash is all they may see for long periods of time. You can try a wheel coating or even a paint coating. The summer wheels on my previous car had a satin finish and I coated them with CQuartz paint coating. It did not make them shiny or seem to change the finish in any way.

I would go ahead and put a coating on them. Your have many options with this route. Products that I have used on matte wheels include CarPro DLUX, Gyeon Rim, 22ple VM1, Cquartz UK. All of these did not alter the look of the surface but rather made them appear richer and darker.
