Bob, what is your opinion on the FK vs. 476?

Sonax gets a vote from me as well. PNS, topped with BSD every other wash. I've never used anything as hydrophobic as these. But.... application is not slick and easy. It tends to be a little grabby, but WELL WORTH IT!

On a duragloss kick this week!

Longest durability? Duragloss 105. One year protection!

Cut is low but geez---nothing sticks to paint!!! Water disappears after your pour on the paint!!

I do the 105/601 ratio and go around the car one time. Pretty damn awesome stuff I say...!

    Sorry Paul, this posting somehow
    slipped past me...

•At this time, I’ll just direct my attention to
two of the characteristics of FK1000P that
I believe causes its overall performance to
    eclipse that of Collinite #476.

    ************************************

•Being that FK1000P was originally formulated
    for the Molding Industry...
1.) it has a very high “melting point”—able to
    withstand temperatures up to 300°F.
    2.) it is, actually/factually: layer-able.

    •Once FK1000P’s film layer(s) have totally
    cured [~6-12 hours...(YMMV)] it’s the com-
bination of those two formulation “quirks”
that gives FK1000P its preeminent aura of
    long-lasting/durable Protection, IMO.

You can either tape off your trim, or be VERY careful around it.

Otherwise, and because we are all human, a wax remover and complementary brush will do the trick.
