    Re: Reliable Electric pressure washers

I've used the Greenworks 1700psi electric washer the last 4 years and it's been a champ.

    Re: Reliable Electric pressure washers

Ryobi units are good, same too for Greenworks, they both use standard fittings, 22M and 14mm-id. Sunjoe units are good buys too but they use the 22M w/15-id but the better units work will with quick release foam cannons. Issue will be GPM and 1.2 and higher is better but Sunjoe overstates their units. Obsessed Garage did a ton of videos on every possible unit. Karcher units work too and often good prices. AR Blue makes decent units and their portable unit is also sold under Standley model at Home Depot and Amazon.

Top of the line is Kranzle, german made, is over $800 to $1600. If you use it daily then look at nothing less.

I have used, Greenworks 4-years, Ryobi 1600 portable (gave to my son), Sunjoe 4000 in my garage, and Standley to my daughter. She keeps her F150 clean!

    My opinion only,

Look into Northstar. The ones we have are going on 4+ years.

I will check out North star. I am skeptical of German brands because maintenance will be very expensive.

Also have a look at the Ar630tss. Of all the “cheaper” washers Matt tested, the Karcher 1700 performed the best.
The “northern” washers are simply an industrial motor with a pump bolted on the side. More than likely will outlast almost anything, BUT no auto on/off if that’s important to you.

Similar to the north star is pressurepro powerwashers.

    Re: Reliable Electric pressure washers

    I have a sunjoe professional series spx9004
Had it wall mounted in garage for maybe 7 months.

I love it. So much better than my 1.2 gpm ryobi was!

    Highly recommend.

    Adjustable pressure and great flow

    Re: Reliable Electric pressure washers

I have AR 2N1 electric. AR makes pumps for a lot of manufacturers so I believe they are reliable. This model is also produced or copied by other companies including GG (just saw it in their latest sales magazine). I like the unit because it has 2050 psi, is mobile and detaches from the cart. There's also a wall mount for it.

AR 630TSS. All the power of a Kranzel but a fraction of the price. Need a 20amp breaker though.
