Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?
Mowed the grass and ran the edger. This is probably not much for most of you but I figure it’s not too bad for a 68 year old man.
2008 Toyota Tacoma 410,000 miles and still going strong.

swam a half mile today and into the jacuzzi and steam room as well...

Gym then swim - Shoulders and abs followed by 60 laps pulling mixed strokes.
Tomorrow starts three days of Detailing Classes followed by IDA SV Testing. Next workout won’t be until Tuesday.
Of course teaching the three day class is kind of like a workout.

swam a half mile today, mainly freestyle. into the jacuzzi before and after swimming to stretch the muscles and also relax after. then into the steam room for about 20 minutes to sweat out (pores) the chlorine before showering. i’m beat, very exhausting...

walked 12 miles today, doing it in a fasted state, have lost 139 lbs in 7 months

it's so important (especially as we age) to exercise the most important muscle in our body (Heart) and even just walking around the neighborhood adds up over time. keep up the excellent job, you should be proud!
