been following a Keto diet since 10-8-2017, tonight I had a Chicken crust pizza with diced steak, banana peppers, olives, spinach, and four kinds of cheese, blue cheese, extra sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. have lost 80 lbs eating stuff like this
